Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center

A short 10 minute walk away from Sea world, the location is definitely very convenient. The room I stayed at had 2 queen beds plus a pull out couch. The room was spacious and really large. There’s in room fridge as well. WiFi was good but nothing remarkable. I do wish this hotel offered free breakfast since many of the competitors do. There is not microwave in the room and only one in the main lobby so do keep that in mind when buying food. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Service at the front desk was also good.

I was a little skeptical about staying here when I booked through Hotwire bc of the bad reviews. it seems that the hotel is going through renovations and they are upgrading everything. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly employee at the front desk that made us feel very welcomed. When we got to the room, it was clean, the beds were super comfy, AC worked perfectly, bathroom was clean and the place was cozy. Our experience here was 10/10.

This is the seventh time I've had business in this area this year and my first time at this hotel. Calling this is my first pickiness of any hotel this one tick just above my bare minimum score; which compared to the other hotels .. some are a little bit higher end than this one, did better. Modern room with updated usual amenities in good shape. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room was quiet though the hotel was fairly full which was surprising. and the staff ....well it really depended on which person you interacted with. it leveled from could care less ;to fairly helpful. None asked me if I needed help, I had to approach them unfortunately. Overall, definitely would stay here again and put it as one of the top three hotels I've stayed in so far this year out of seven in this area.

I had the pleasure of experiencing he outstanding customer service at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were knowledgable about the local area, offering excellent recommendations and directions. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member exhibited professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction. I particularly appreciated the prompt and efficient response to any inquires or requests I had during my short stay. The staff’s attention to detail, such as ensuring the room was clean and well-maintained, further added to the overall positive experience. Their dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction truly made my stay enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to returning to this establishment in the future.

The location is excellent. 15 minutes from Universal Studios and the Island of adventure. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel is 4 stories high. We stayed on the 3rd floor our room came with a Tv and pool view. 2 double beds with comfortable AC. Had a coffee machine but no small refrigerator. The bathroom was neatly designed but the lights were dim wish they would use brighter light inside the room. The pool area was decent and the water looked refreshing. The staff was polite and the lobby was decent size. The parking lot had available space so no worries. Overall def a good place to stay.

Hotel, is currently undergoing renovation, i was on floor 3 and half of the rooms had tape on the door stating what stage of reno they're in. The room itself was clearly recently redone but had a musty smell and wasnt the cleanest. This building was built in 1991 and its very obvious in the hallways and elevator. It was devent for a 1 night stay but i wouldnt stay longer than that here. All staff i spoke with were super friendly!

About the only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. When I arrived I struggled to get the hosts attention for a solid 15 minutes. I eventually found the "door bell" hiding behind the front desk. After ringing the bell the host came out irritated like he had somewhere better to be. After the second access card I finally got into the room, and found that the shower had no cold water. Not only did the water come out of the shower hotter than he.. I found other things that indicated the room may not have been entirely cleaned prior to my arrival. I called and requested a room change but didn't get a new room nor was I able to take a shower until the following day at noon. Getting a new room was like pulling teeth, with no comprehension that I had a conference to get to by noon. After I got into the new room everything worked... The water still smelled bad. But it wasn't just there... It wasn't clear until later how filthy the floor of the hotel room was. I literally mean my bare feet were black from walking on a "freshly mopped" floor. The lobby smelled like they mopped the place with toilet bowl water. The breakfast spread looked like they went to 7-11 and grabbed some prepackaged pastries and put it on the counter. Not impressed at all by the hotel, and nor will I ever return to this location.
